Description : In the summer of 2021, the new electric ferry was received by Brevik fergeselskap IKS. The ferry is considerably larger than the current car ferry, 'Oksøy' from 1965, and there is thus a need for ferry quays adapted to the new ferry. The new ferry is purely electrically powered, and it is only in Brevik that charging equipment for the ferry shall be installed.
The procurement includes the construction of the new ferry quays at the ports of call in Brevik, on Sandøya and on Bjørkøya, in accordance with the detailed planning carried out under the administration of the Contracting Authority.
