We consider all participating municipalities in this joint procurement as a joint tender competition. The municipalities Alver, Aurland, Austrheim, Austevoll, Fedje, Gulen, Masfjorden, Modalen, Oster0y, Samnanger, Vaksdal and Sveio have established a joint ICT operating company, ICT Nordhordland Municipal Task Community (ICTNH). ICTNH has entered into operational cooperation with Etne, Tysnes and Vindafjord. These municipalities have partnered with ICTNH in this tender competition. The solutions should be run the most Possible cost -effective for all parts of each municipality. The goal is a future -oriented solutions prepared for new services, it will be in development and the municipalities will be offered new technologies as they become available and interesting. Offered solutions should be available after simplest Possible price model that does not limit development, and with the greatest possible integration between different services and technologies. There will also be requirements for the solutions to support an increasingly closer cooperation between the different municipalities in different areas. Municipalities are using more and more common Applications and/or cloud solutions in different areas. This will be reinforced in the years to come.
