Description:
Kafjord fire and rescue intends to acquire a new fire engine as one of our vehicles has been taken out of service due to serious error. The procurement then includes 1 fire engine (calculated for 5 people with equipment) which, among other things, will include a superstructure, water tank and extinguishing system. In the offer, it must also, as opsjon include service on the car, chassis, superstructure and attached equipment as a separate item. Kafjord Fire and Rescue wants the first prize for a demo driven or lightly used car, and this is justified by the need for quick delivery of a fire engine. We therefore want to set up a two-part needs survey where weif priority 1 wants price for demo drive (lighter used) car not older than 2020 mod. As priority 2, we want a price for a new fire engine. The award criteria are the same for a new or used/demo car in terms of Price (50%) and Project and service organization, environmental profile, life cycle costs and service costs (30%). When delivery time is acceptable, this is weighted 30% on new car and split up in relation to used/demo car in model year (10%), km. condition and service history (10%) and delivery time (10%). Examples: We receive four offers, two for used and two for new cars. The offer for the new cars will then be cancelledtet and the competition is then between the two used cars if they otherwise meet the requirements. Three offers come in, and all three are new cars.
