- Short description: NMBU will purchase a fluorescence microscope to be used in microbiological research on bacteria. The acquisition will be a fully motorized and automated, inverted fluorescence microscope with a setup for studying living bacterial cells with a multidimensional imageedtaking (live-cell, time-lapse, multi-position, muli-channel imaging). Purpose and scope of the acquisition NMBU will go towards the acquisition of a fluorescence microscope to be used in microbiological research on bacteria. The acquisition will be a fully motorized and automated, inverted fluorescence microscopescope with setup for studies of living bacterial cells with multidimensional imaging (live-cell, time-lapse, multi-position, multi-channel imaging).
