Follow -up evaluation of implementation of pilot for green project classification and reporting
In order to document and follow up the green turn of the commercial policy instrument, the policy players (Innovation Norway, the Research Council, SIVA, Export Financing Norway (Exfinen), Design and Architecture Norway (DOGA), Gassnova and Enova) in 2022 asked to establish comparable reporting on support for projects with climate and environmental content. As of January 1, 2025, all the policy players will classify projects with potential positive effect on climate and environment and projects with potential to do significant harm. The reporting system is introduced as a pilot. A dynamic development of the reporting system is planned and there may be a need for adjustments, e.g. Based on experiences with the use of the system or development in the area. NFD wishes to get a completed one Follow -up evaluation of the implementation of the pilot for green project classification and reporting, among other things to ensure that the green project classification and reporting provide the best possible balance between data quality and the burden of administration (including reporting burden) for the means And business. The evaluator shall follow the implementation of the pilot's implementation and provide continuous advice on the further development of the reporting system.
