Description : The objective and scope of the agreement:
The tender contest concerns a framework agreement for the delivery of foodstuffs; Groceries.
The tender contest primarily concerns the delivery to commercial kitchens in the participating municipalities. Schools, nurseries and other entities are not included in the contest, but larger units with good ordering routines and volumes have an option to join the framework agreement.
See point 1.1.1 for a description of the participants in the contract.
The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The need is uncertain. Previously, the contracting authority procured products for NOK 17,000,000 excluding VAT per annum for the last year. The value does not guarantee call-offs and can be both higher or lower, and among other things, depends on the contracting authority's needs, activities, budget situation and other framework factors.
Maximum value including options and expected price increase: NOK 75,000,000 excluding VAT.
