Description:
The contracting authority shall procure two fragment analysers for use in short-read sequencing. These shall support automatic electroforese of DNA and RNA, including genomic DNA, for analysis of fragment length, concentration and integrity. The systems shall be used for quality control of DNA and RNA in NGS processes.The fragment analysers will be procured on behalf of the Department for Medical Genetics (AMG) and the Department for Microbiology (MIK) at Oslo University Hospital, located in the Life Sciences Building (LVB). The procurement also includes instrument dependent consumables and options as described in the Competition Description, point 1.5 Options.
