Description : High Potential Opportunities (HPO) is part of Innovation Norway's new export initiative. HPO is an export program aimed at supporting groups of Norwegian companies in winning large export contracts and shares for a minimum of NOK 500 million. The initiatives presuppose concrete, commercial opportunities in International markets, and buy-in from the participating companies.
