Description:
The aim of the procurement is to ensure a proper level of security and protection of personnel, information and property at the foreign service ́s stations. This procurement shall be built up under this aim by putting in place a framework agreement for the procurement of alarm and video surveillance systems that increase the foreign service ́s ability for detection, notification and monitoring of events at its foreign stations. As a starting point, there will be a need for the delivery of material, configuration, installation, commissioning, training, support for the operation, maintenance and support of the alarm and video monitoring systems, as well as facilitation for local operations at the foreign stations. The need is mainly for fixed installations at established stations, but it will also include systems that can be used in temporary locations and on journeys. Furthermore, there will be a need for facilitation of centralised administration and operation from UD ́s location in Norway - including remote access to systems located at the foreign stations. Operational administration and operation of the systems locally and centrally will be carried out by the Norwegian Ministry of Public Roads, including operation centre operations.
