Research Council at the Department of ICT and Information Security invite a competition for a framework agreement for Hiring of consulting services for assistance for development, operation and management for low code platforms, especially on outlines and (to a lesser extent) service assistance service. The Research Council considers the scope of the framework agreement that the majority of the framework agreement will deal with assistance to the outline. The It is not a requirement that suppliers can initially assist on both platforms, but it is desirable that you have expertise on at least one of the said platforms. First and foremost assistance to Development (coding), but also to areas such as architecture, UX and service design, security advice, testing, technical advice, as well as process, product and product and Project management.
