• Framework agreement assistance Oslo Airport (OSL) - for transfer refugees or upon return/return to home country The overall purpose of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement to ensure that UDI can accommodate political decisions with regard to that: The initial phase of reception of the transfer refugees that Norway has decided to accept takes place in an appropriate way (OFF).
