Description:
Tenders are invited to framework agreement - banking

Short description: Ålesund municipality, Giske municipality, Sula municipality, Sykkylven municipality, Stranda municipality and Hareid municipality with underlying enterprises (principal) shall acquire a new supplier for main banking services. The client shall, through the establishment of a framework agreement, get supported efficient operation. In addition, the principal must be given the opportunity for operating credit, financing and liquidity management. A deal with a supplier must be entered into. The agreement does not undertake a specific volume. Complete description of delivery follows from vouchers 1 to contract. Duration of the agreement is three years from signing time with an option to extend the agreement for another 1 year. The value of the acquisition in the form of fees, commissions, interest rates and other forms of consideration is estimated at approximately NOK 10 million over the contract period including options.
