Description:
The competition is for the delivery of bread and bakery goods to the contracting authority ́s user places, which are mainly units: Kristiansand municipality - Overview of welfare centres the contract shall at all times cover the need for such products at the contracting authority. Some other large units in the municipality can be a part of the contract, this will be agreed with the chosen tenderer after the contract has been signed. Nurseries, schools and other institutions are as a starting point exempt from the contract and will have their needs covered from a separate grocery contract. Note: The contract is reserved for companies or programmes that mainly integrate disabled or disadvantaged persons in working life, cf. the procurement regulations § 16-9.
