The duration of the contract is: 2 years. The parties may, by agreement to this effect, extend the contract to apply for a further 1+1 years, cf. chapter C4 point 12 The framework agreement includes tasks of varying scope and cost. Amount will depend on needs, public funding and unforeseen events/damage to bridges. Production cannot be expected to be the same from year to year. Estimated annual scope is NOK 10 15 million e.g. VAT Total estimated scope for the framework agreement is NOK 20-30 million. e.g. over 2 years, but there is great uncertainty attached to the estimate and will again be dependent on public grants.
