Framework Agreement Client Ombuds and other advisory services Sogndal Municipality - New announcement
This is a new announcement after the previous competition was canceled. Some changes have been made. These are listed in the tender documents point 1.8. The procurement applies to 2 sub-contracts: 1. Single-minded assignments: Client Ombudship (project management/building owner) and SHA coordinator/KU on project Trudvang. Here, the client will enter into an agreement with a supplier. 2. Parallel framework agreement with a maximum of 3 suppliers. The call mechanism is stated in the attached contract terms. It should be possible to obtain resources from different suppliers on the same project. The framework agreement will cover the municipality of Sogndal's need for central project administrative roles related to investment and rehabilitation projects, between other roles builder's agents, building owner and technical builder's agency. The framework agreement will also cover the consultation and design assignments within the entire sector.
