• Framework agreement on building technical consultancy
  In this role, the Correctional Service is involved in a number of construction projects across the country, both new construction, rehabilitation work and remodeling. Directorate of Correctional Services needs to enter into a framework agreement with a supplier who has expertise in construction engineering and project management to be able to carry out assignments for the Directorate of Correctional Services. Calls made on the framework agreement will be carried out as commission agreements, for which the supplier has responsibility for the results the implementation. The tasks will involve: • Project management in the early phase • Preparation of user equipment project • Advice in the various phases of construction projects (from the early phase until handover) • Cooperation with Statsbygg on the preparation of concept proposals, regulatory plans and other public documentation. • Preparation of notes, reports and presentations for both internal and external use • Project support in the Real Estate section See the competition documents for the customer's requirements specification with mer.
