Framework agreement on car administration and leasing 2026 Innkjøpsassistanse Vest AS (IAV) assists the client The municipalities of Eigersund and Lund, (hereinafter referred to as "client") will enter into a framework agreement for car administration and leasing of cars, i.e. operational leasing of cars with financing in the form of leasing, as well as additional services. is in the running of the competition. One supplier is selected for the entire agreement. The individual municipalities are independent legal entities and will enter into separate contracts with the winner of the competition per vehicle
