Description : DSS would like, on behalf of the Ministries and the Office of the Prime Minister, to enter into a framework agreement for the hire of a standard plane and a medium sized plane for official journeys for members of the government. Members of the government normally use scheduled flights most of the time. This procurement is for the times that it is most appropriate to hire a plane.
The contracting authority would like to enter into a contract with a tenderer that can provide a permanent plane (possibly with one or two spare planes) that can be used for relevant journeys, with a capacity of minimum 10 passengers. There will, in addition, be a need in some cases for a medium sized plane with a capacity of minimum 14 passengers. Roughly estimated, the need will be approx. 10-20 trips a year. The number of trips can vary a lot from year to year, and will depend on various factors.
