Description:
Nye Veier AS shall enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for cleaning services. The tenderer shall be responsible for all cleaning of Nye Veier AS ́s premises, see Annex 1A Location Overview and Annex 1B Room and Frequency List. NS-INSTA 800-1:2018 will form the basis for determining and assessing the cleaning quality for this contract. The start-up date for the service is 1 September 2025. The estimated annual consumption of the agreement is NOK 2 million excluding VAT. The maximum total value of the framework agreement is NOK 12 million excluding VAT. The estimate is based on previous amounts and the expected future need is not binding for the contracting authority. The framework agreement shall be signed for 2 years, with an option for the contracting authority for an extension for a further one year at a time, up to 2 times (2+1+1 years).
