• Framework agreement cleaning temporary workers and extraordinary cleaning - Randaberg municipality Background Randaberg municipality needs a professional and predictable supplier who can ensure stable access to qualified temporary cleaning workers and extraordinary cleaning services at need. The procurement is carried out because the existing agreement expires on 31/05/2026, and a new framework agreement must be operational from 01/06/2026. The municipality's buildings and properties include, among other things, schools, kindergartens, offices, healthcare buildings and cultural buildings. In order to maintain a high and stable level of cleanliness, and thereby ensure health, safety and well-being, the municipality needs flexible capacity that can cover planned and emergency situations. The need arises particularly during seasonal variations, periods with an increased risk of infection, sickness absence and other extraordinary conditions. The framework agreement is a supplement to the municipality's ordinary cleaning organisation, and does not involve tendering the municipality's fixed cleaning services. Description of the assignment The procurement concerns a framework agreement with one supplier for on-call delivery of temporary cleaning workers and extraordinary cleaning in Randaberg municipality's buildings. The supplier must be able to deliver services both for planned needs and for urgent incidents, so that the municipality's operations and hygiene standards can be maintained through throughout the year.
