Framework agreement for clearing and maintenance work on municipal property
The purpose of the procurement is to ensure that the agency's need for clearing and maintenance work on municipal property is taken care of. Today's agreement will be concluded at the expiry of the agreement on 31.12.2025, without the options being triggered, and it is therefore necessary to enter into a new agreement with start -up 01.01.2026. A framework agreement for clearing and maintenance work contributes to a more efficient management of the properties, and will therefore support EBY's social mission related to the management of municipal property. In addition to including the clearing and removal of waste from municipal property and building stock, the agreement will also include small maintenance assignments that do not require special letters in crafts. The client intends to enter into an agreement with three suppliers. This requires a sufficient number of suitable suppliers and offers. Distribution of fixed assignments as well as ongoing orders will be attempted to be distributed in value between the suppliers all the years during the contract period.
