Framework Agreement Collection and Analysis of Veidata
In order to be able to think again and challenge today's methodology, it is crucial to gain better knowledge of the roads we operate by regularly mapping condition on defined road object, and then condition development on these. In this way could prepare forecasts for future state development and plan the necessary maintenance, as well as reinvestment or renewal Nye Veier AS wishes to enter into a contract with a supplier that can carry out Collection of defined road data from our stretches (mobile mapping) and providing requirements that data and raw data for our internal projects and operating systems. Several of the requirements are assumed to be at the limit of, or outside what the market can supply today. The contract therefore also includes the development of new technology to solve the requirements as described above. Nye Veier's assessment is that it is unlikely that all contracts should requirements (both in category B and c) can be delivered at the time of the contract. We therefore plan to finance the development of the aforementioned benefits with up to NOK. 500 000 per years during the contract period. This is intended to be implemented by agreing on the client and supplier in collaboration on the benefits to be developed for the individual contract year.
