Description:
One of Norad's assignments is to share knowledge on development problems and the results of Norwegian aid. Furthermore, communication and transparency about the company is a general responsibility that the government directorate has. This is done by several means and channels. Most of it is solved by internal forces, but there is also a need for the purchase of external assistance and competence. Assignments that an external partner can assist with are connected to the development of, for example, information campaigns, content production, ongoing consultancy services for crisis communication, procurement of surveys and analyses for communication purposes. Concept development, project management and sales as well as media placement can be a part of an assignment. Finally, courses in e.g. media training, writing training in clear languages and presentation techniques are relevant for such an agreement.
