Framework agreement - Condition assessments Construction (NS 3424:2012) - 2nd Call
A parallel framework agreement will be entered into with up to 3 suppliers. Other affiliated units that are also covered by the agreement:- Kristiansand Kirkelige Fellesrad (Regnr: 876 992 612) - Kilden Teater og Konserthus IKS (Regnr: 986 471 839) Property is Kristiansand municipality's specialist body with responsibility for the management of all municipal properties. Property is organized in three departments; Building service, the building and property department - project and housing. The municipality is responsible for approx. 361,000 square meters of purpose-built buildings (administrative premises, kindergartens, schools, health and welfare buildings, sports buildings and cultural buildings). The city council sets aside money each year for the maintenance of many of the municipality's purpose-built buildings. Eiendom uses the money in a way that ensures that the buildings are in good condition after 30 years. The condition analyzes will form the basis for planning investments and maintenance on the buildings. The analyzes can be at all levels in "Table 1 - Analysis level" according to NS 3424:2012. When registering building parts, NS 3451 Building parts table must be used. Before call-off paid according to hours, applies NS 8402; 2010. The condition analysis work must be led by one (1) coordinating resource with overall responsibility for team coordination, implementation, drawing up of reports and follow-up with the client.
