- Framework agreement for consultancy assistance for management support and business development The State Administrator's joint services and the State Administrators need a framework agreement on consultancy assistance for management support and business development. Below, there is a primary need for assistance for: • Strategy and development • Business management, risk and profit realization • Analysis, evaluation and improvement • Advice and facilitation at senior management level A non-exclusive framework agreement must be entered into with up to two suppliers, provided that there is a sufficient number of suitable offers. The agreement is valid for 2 years from the time the framework agreement is signed by both parties, with a unilateral option for the client to extend the agreement for a further 1+1 years. Estimated annual value of the agreement is NOK 5,000,000 excl. VAT The framework agreements are valid for a withdrawal of a total of NOK 35,000,000 excl. VAT over the agreements' maximum lifetime of 4 years.
