• Framework agreement consultancy services circular economy and waste The Norwegian Environment Agency's main tasks are to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, manage Norwegian nature and prevent pollution. We are a state administrative body under the Ministry of Climate and the Environment and have more than 800 employees at our two offices in Trondheim and Oslo, and at the National Nature Inspectorate's (SNO) more than 60 local offices. The agreement is mainly to be used by the Waste, Inspection and Chemicals department, and it can also be used by other sections and departments in The Norwegian Environment Agency if there is a need for consulting assistance in the field of circular economy and waste. The Norwegian Environment Agency hereby invites a competition for the procurement of a framework agreement for consultancy services within the circular economy and waste. See the attached tender documents for supplementary description of the assignment. The framework agreement includes, among other things, surveys, investigations, analyzes of measures, data collection and reporting. Examples of what services the framework agreement must cover: • professional assessments and impact assessments for implementation of product requirements in EU regulations • assessments of consequences (costs and benefits) and challenges when implementing EU/EEA regulations within the circular economy and waste in Norway (where responsibility for implementation rests with the environmental administration).
