Description:
Statens vegvesen [the Norwegian Public Roads Administration] hereafter referred to as the contracting authority, wants to enter into framework agreement for consultancy services in geomatics. Geomatics includes GIS, geodata, geodesy and NVDB and is an important specialist area for the contracting authority. There is a need for a number of services such as measuring, calculation, systematising and storing, management, analysis and presentation of such data as well as system development of solutions. This can be data collection with sensors and machine learning. The contract will cover the need for competence that the Contracting Authority does not have access to in its own department at a given point in time, or where there is an independent need for external task solving. The contract can also be used if extra capacity is needed. The aim is to enter into a parallel framework agreements with up to 3-5 tenderers.
