Description : Bjørnafjorden Utviklingsselskap AS (BUS AS) shall develop the business area Lyseparken, a development area of approx. 700 decare of which approval of a zooning plan for 500 decare as a construction area has been given. BUS AS shall, after an overall assessment of land sales, achieve benefits for the environment and for Bjørnafjorden municipality.
Based on this, the contracting authority needs to establish a framework agreement with one tenderer who can deliver complete consultancy services within real estate, including strategic consulting, valuations, social benefits, project management and engineering design services.
