• Færder municipality, c/o the Operations and Construction Section, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for framework agreements for consultancy services for roads, water and sewage. Geotechnical consultancy will be a part of the water and sewage and road engineering design services respectively. (I.e. tenderers must either have geotechnical consultancy within their organisation or make a binding contract (Commitment Contract) with a sub-supplier for geotechnical consultancy.)The procurement is for a framework agreement for consultancy services for roads, water and sewage and geotechnics. I.e. work assignments that can be taken up within the framework agreement are: Preparation of sketch, preliminary and detailed projects and the preparation of tender documentation for road, water and sewage installations (possibly also main plans for water and sewage, clearance plans and modelling). Responsible applicant for water and sewage and road projects. Necessary geotechnical assessments in connection with the engineering design of roads, water and sewage installations. Independent controlling of Geotechnical Geotechnical Assistance with acute repairs of the Water and Sewage network in challenging areas. The contract period is 4 years including options for an extension for 1+1 year (i.e. 2+1+1 year). The contracting authority has the unilateral right to extend the agreement.
