- A framework agreement shall be procured for assistance with the contracting authority ́s construction projects that are carried out with interaction, as well as for competence development in the organisation. The contracting authority would like to join up with one or several collaboration partners with experience and competence from the execution of interaction models. The collaborating partner shall assist in developing the organisation ́s competence and systems within interaction as an execution model. The collaborating partner shall assist with resources as needed, as well as guide the organisation ́s project managers during the execution of the contracts.
