- T0nsberg municipality at municipal technology, hereafter called the client, invites to open tender competition for the framework agreement for consulting services within; Road, geotechnics, water and drainage. The framework agreement primarily applies to deliveries in connection with water and wastewater projects. The municipality wants offers from suppliers which has the capacity to deliver in accordance with the municipality's needs and which meets the qualification requirements. The competition is carried out via the municipality's competition implementation tool Mercell. All communications and tender submission are done via Mercell.
