Short description: The purpose of the procurement is initially to strengthen their own professional environment with strategy and communication competence in the agency's efforts to establish a new public health strategy. The health care assumes that there will be a need for different expertise depending on the course for the project. The project will have its own project management and assistance that wants will thus be pointed to certain disciplines and partly reinforced already identified internal expertise.
