• Framework agreement for diving services for Harstad Harbor KF Background Harstad Havn KF is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the port area, including the management and maintenance of quay facilities, floating piers, mooring and anchoring systems as well as follow-up of condition of underwater installations. In order to ensure operational safety, personal safety and preservation of value, the port needs professional diving services that can carry out planned inspections and document conditions, as well as assist in the event of emergency incidents where there is a need for rapid clarification of the extent of damage underwater. The procurement is carried out to establish a framework agreement that ensures predictable access to qualified resources and documented delivery, so that Harstad Havn KF gets a decision-making basis for maintenance planning, prioritization of measures and possible improvements. Description of the assignment The procurement concerns a framework agreement on diving services in the Harstad harbor area. The assignments will include inspection and documentation of port infrastructure and associated underwater installations, including quay fronts, fendering, floating jetty facilities and anchorages. The delivery must normally include professional assessment of observations and reporting as a basis for further follow-up. Assignments may also include supplementary ones documentation such as measurement data/positioning and video, when this is requested by the client.
