Description:
Klepp municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for electrical services and accompanying electrical materials. The aim of the framework agreement is to cover the contracting authority ́s planned and acute need for electrical work, as well as electrical material. This involves continuous and operational related (executing) electrical services, as well as any internal control connected to the existing buildings. The contracting authority currently owns approx. 87,380 m2. purpose-built buildings and 236 residences. The contracting authority currently hires approx. 100 residential units. Some work connected to the municipality ́s responsibilities that the tenant must reckon on. Please take into account that the existing buildings may change during the contract period. The framework agreement shall mainly be used for electrical work in connection with ongoing maintenance and upgrading needs in the contracting authority ́s at any given time total properties, including installations. The service includes both heavy and low current work, as well as fibre work. The tenderer must be able to cooperate with other contract parties for the contracting authority. The tenderer shall be able to give the contracting authority advice guidance on the choice of products and systems in order to achieve the best possible result in minor projects.
