- Sub-competition for Electrician services in North TromsThis contract is covered by the buildings stated in Annex 2 - Entity Overview - North TromsService delivery includes all the necessary services for repairs, installation, operation and maintenance, configuration, adaptation and/or integrations of the buildings ́ existing low current and high current installations. The contract does not include work on already installed systems or integrations that are protected by system codes and where only the original supplier has authorisation to carry out expansions, repairs or other interventions. This particularly applies to installations such as access control systems and alarms, where the tenderer alone shall have access to the necessary system codes. The estimated value for this sub-area is a turnover of NOK 600,000 excluding VAT per annum The Contracting Authority would like to point out great uncertainty connected to the value of the framework agreement. Political guidelines can change the extent of development/renovation projects in the short and long term. Tenderers must therefore be aware that the use of the contract can be considerably less than the limit.
