• Framework agreement Elektro The purpose of the framework agreement is that it shall cover the client's ongoing needs for craft services within electrician services, as well as give the client access to a professionally good and economically reasonable service. The framework agreement must cover permanent checks of electrical systems, emergency lighting and fire alarm systems. The procurement is divided into sub-contracts which appear below. Sub-contracts 1 - 3 are distributed according to building stock. Subcontract 4 applies to electrician services that are not covered by subcontracts 1 - 3. Which buildings are part of subcontracts 1 - 3 can be seen under section 4.11, as well as appendix 1. An inspection has been set up for selected buildings that are part of subcontracts 1 and 2. See date and time of inspection in section 4.3. The size of the assignments within the above subject area can vary in scope. The work assignments can be short-term or of longer duration. It can be a single assignment or several connected assignments. However, it will also include the delivery of some material, as it will in many cases appropriate that the supplier brings with him the material that is necessary for the execution of the task in question. Even if the procurement includes some material, it is emphasized that this agreement does not grant any exclusivity on the delivery of such material, and that the Client is otherwise not obliged to purchase material from the service provider.
