- Framework agreement Elektro - NEW COMPETITION The purpose of the framework agreement is that it shall cover the client's ongoing needs for craft services within electrician services, as well as give the client access to a professionally good and economically reasonable service. The framework agreement must cover regular checks of EL systems, emergency lighting and fire alarm systems. The procurement is divided into sub-contracts which appear below. Sub-contracts 1 - 3 are distributed according to building stock. Subcontract 4 applies to electrician services that are not covered by the subcontract 1 - 3. Which buildings are included in subcontracts 1 - 3 can be seen under section 4.11, as well as appendix 1. The size of the assignments within the above-mentioned professional area may vary in scope. The work assignments can be short-term or of longer duration. It can be a single assignment or several related assignments. However, it will also include the delivery of some material, as in many cases it will be appropriate for the supplier to bring the material that is necessary for the performance of the relevant the assignment. Even if the procurement includes some material, it is emphasized that this agreement does not grant any exclusivity on the delivery of such material, and that the Principal is otherwise not obliged to purchase material from the service provider.
