- The procurement shall cover the contracting authority ́s need for a framework agreement for emptying and transporting septic sludge at treatment facilities from private sewage facilities, and private sewage installations that are connected to public sewage, as well as a transport assignment between municipal treatment facilities in Asker municipality. The agreement does not include staking/flushing sewage pipes when private sewage installations are blocked. See the requirement specifications for a more detailed description of the need.
