Tender is invited to the framework agreement for energy labeling and energy assessment of building and technical facilities
Short Description: The competition is based on energy labeling of purpose buildings and energy assessment of technical facilities in purpose buildings and other municipal building stock in accordance with 2009-12-18 no. 1665: Regulations on energy labeling of buildings and energy assessment of technical facilities (the energy labeling regulations for buildings). We want a framework agreement on the energy labeling of building and energy assessment technical facilities. The supplier is responsible for registering this in the NVE register for energy labeling and energy assessment of technical plants. Data on the municipality's building shall be available to the owner and the person who, according to the owner, conducts energy labeling or energy assessment. We know that the building stock for the municipality will largely lack drawings and substrates on both building and technical facilities. Where documentation does not exist, it becomes the supplier's responsibility and find out what is missing.
