Description:
The framework agreement includes two main categories vehicles, forensic and prison transport. The categories cover different sizes and configurations in more detail for each sub -area. The financial framework of the agreement is NOK 150 million. With the exception of vehicles ordered by contract signing, there is no purchase obligation for the client. In total, police districts and special bodies at year -end 2023/24 state that the real need in the police for renewal of the car park within these two main categories corresponds to 87 cars distributed in the six sub -areas, for the period 2024 - 2027. Police districts' ability to make planning purchases and financial obligations are However, limited at the time of announcement of the agreement. The client therefore benefits a framework agreement, so that it should be possible to implement relatively quick calls, if the financial room for investments in the vehicle park opens up in the future.
