Description:
Framework agreement - Forestry and Line clearing The framework agreement includes afforestation and line clearing related to operation and maintenance of the distribution network in the Dalane region. The agreement applies to geographical areas within all four Dalane municipalities (Eigersund, Bjerkreim, Lund and Sokndal). The purpose of the agreement is to ensure a stable and safe power supply through systematic clearing of vegetation along power lines, as well as handling urgent needs for clearing in the event of faults or emergency situations. Dalane Energi AS implements the competition on behalf of Enida AS and Dalane Kraft AS. The aim is to enter into identical framework agreements with both companies. Enida AS is subject to the regulations for public procurement, including the supply regulations, while Dalane Kraft AS is not subject corresponding regulations. Offers will be evaluated together, but separate agreements will be concluded with each of the companies. As a result of different regulations, the client reserves the right to award contracts to different suppliers for Enida AS and Dalane Kraft AS.
