Description:
The objective of the tender notice is to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for consultancy, system development and maintenance related to Barneverns- og helsenemnda's inhouse developed case processing system ProSak. ProSak is theBarneverns- og helsenemnda 's core system and is used by all employees in all work processes for the professional subjects. The case processing of the professional subjects has very short statutory deadlines and it is therefore vital for Barneverns- og helsenemnda to have a reliable operation. Barneverns- og helsenemnda's ProSak system is developed as a Windows application based on C#, WPF and MVVM (Model, View, ViewModel) patterns. The tenderers are asked to take into account a future development of other clients (Web, Sharepoint, mobiles, etc.) which must be reusable for parts of the code created for the Windows client. ProSak uses Microsoft SQL Server for the database functionality. Integration with the P360 archive system has been developed.
