Description:
Framework Agreement Grave and Truck Services
in Halden municipality. The agreement means that the suppliers will assist with the following services: hiring of various equipment (sub -contract a) leasing of truck (sub -contract b) hiring of excavator with truck including Adk plumbing services (sub -contract c) There are a maximum of three suppliers per sub -contract. A supplier can be awarded several contracts. This agreement is linked to the Halden municipality's facilities relating to repairs, improvements and upgrading after water leaks, water-remediation services, as well as closely related services and scope. The framework agreement does not exclude the client to use service for other purposes. To ensure the necessary flexibility in the procurement, a framework agreement will be entered into which involves the implementation of mini -competitions. The framework agreement includes investment projects in Self -direction (VA, road or similar). It is the client who decides whether the framework agreement should be used for such purposes or whether this is highlighted as a separate competition beyond The framework agreement.
