Description:
A framework agreement shall be established for hourly installation services and the delivery of installation materials for the necessary BIR-GAP upgrading of the Dunkerque terminal in France. Parallel framework agreements can be established. The number of agreements will depend on what is necessary to ensure security of supplies. The framework agreements will also apply for any additional work required by the terminals outside the BIR-GAP upgrade. This will include hourly installation services, delivery of materials and equipment. The framework agreement shall ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the current laws, regulations and specifications for the respective countries, terminals and professions. The scope of the work is divided into two competence areas, 1) white competence area (electric, instrument and telecoms) (annex A1). 2) Black competence area (Mekanisk/Struktur/Rør) (Annex A2). It is not considered disqualifying for a tenderer to submit a tender for one competence area (ref. Annex A1 and/or A2 Scope of Work). Gassco would like to be left with a composition of suppliers who can offer competence in all the requested areas.
