Tender is invited to a framework agreement on the assessment of regulation and financing of private kindergartens Legal and 0 -financial issues
Short description: The government will provide small privately owned and ideal better framework conditions, and stop the development where commercial players are constantly owning more kindergartens. The Government will regulate the purchase and sale of kindergartens stricter, assess municipal pre -emptive rights and ensure that public grants and parental payments go to daycare. The regulations will also give the municipalities greater opportunities to manage funding and set requirements for private kindergartens. The assignment will start the regulatory work and therefore need the analysis and assessment of various legal and financial issues. The client wishes to enter into a two -year framework agreement on the regulation and financing of private kindergartens, with possible extension in one year. The delivery will take place in the form of reports, legal reports, presentations and ongoing counseling and discussion.
