Description:
Short description: The overall goals of the government are for the municipality to have democratic governance and control of the kindergarten sector The government is concerned that private kindergartens should be part of the municipal welfare service, not an investment object for commercial interests. The Government also wants the municipality to have the opportunity to prioritize small private and non-profit kindergartens. The assignment is underway to review the regulations with a view to developing a more modern management and financing system for the daycare sector, and therefore needs analyzes and investigation of different Economic and legal issues related to the regulation and financing of private kindergartens. The issues that are to be elucidated are related to both daycare and kindergarten property. The duration of the framework agreement is two - 2 years, with the possibility of extension in one - 1 - years. The main part of the work is believed to be in the period mid-2023 and autumn/ winter 2023-2024.
