Description:
The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway would like to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for consultancy services and consultancy services within IT security. The tenderer shall be considered as an IT security specialist.The Financial Supervisory Authority is co-located in the centre of Oslo and has approx. 340 employees. Clients are mainly PCs with Windows operating system and the M365 platform is used for office support, client management, security and administration. The Financial Supervisory Authority operates its own infrastructure, which mainly consists of local equipment (on-prem). On the server side, VMware is used, with more than 100 servers, mainly on Windows Server OS. Significant services can be mentioned: Trade and website systems developed on .netDatavarehus - Reporting Systems, SQL ServerAnalysis SystemsFor all new services, cloud systems shall be assessed first, and selected if appropriate and cost efficient. Services are therefore gradually being moved to a cloud, and new analysis systems are now actively being established in a cloud. Services in place or being worked on include: M365 platformMicrosoft SentinelMicrosoft Azure and Entra IDData Analytics SystemsAzure DatabricksFinanstilsynet has a contract with Sopra Steria on SOC and IRT and it will not be a part of this agreement.
