Description:
Sandnes municipality, c/o the Urban Development service area and technical, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for framework agreements for landscape architecture services (LARK) for the contract period 2025 - 2027 (2029). The contracting authority annually executes several major and minor investment and maintenance projects, based on the at any given time applicable action and financial plan. Tenderers shall staff the assignment with a permanent landscape architect in the contract period. The contracting authority intends to enter into parallel framework agreements with up to 3 tenderers in prioritised order. The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that an open tender contest was announced for a framework agreement for architect services at DOFFIN on 16 May 2024 with a reference number 2024-109381, and that this competition was cancelled due to an error in the competition documents which could not be corrected in any other way than by cancelling the competition.
