Description : The contest is for a framework agreement for the provision of laundry services and the hire of textiles for Notodden Municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority.
The contracting authority can limit the contest to organisations or programmes that have a primary objective of integrating disabled or disadvantaged persons into working life. This only applies when at least 30 percent of the employees in the organisation or the programme have a disability or are disadvantaged, c.f. the Public Procurement Regulations § 16-9. If tenderers use sub-suppliers for the implementation of the contract, the sub-supplier must also fulfil the requirement in the PPR § 16-9.
