Description:
The contracting authority has a number of registered motor vehicles that shall cover different needs. Most of the motor vehicles have been purchased, but a good number of these shall be replaced by leasing when phasing out. This last applies to all passenger cars and a good number of the goods vans. A framework agreement shall be signed that gives the contracting authority the opportunity to make call-offs on more vehicles than the concrete ones for which a price shall be given. A contract is wanted with one tenderer for the entire procurement, but if the chosen tenderer cannot offer a vehicle that satisfies the contracting authority ́s needs, the contracting authority is free to collect tenders from others. The contract will be valid from 01.07.25 to 4-four - years. Six vehicles shall be procured in 2025, with the possibility to make call-offs on up to seven vehicles during the agreement period. The total contract value, including call-offs, is estimated to be NOK 2.8 million, the maximum value is NOK 3.5 million excluding VAT. The estimated scope carries no obligations for the contracting authority, or rights for the tenderer. The tenderer must assume that the total call-off during the contract period will be encumbered with uncertainty.
